LITCHFIELD PARK, AZ, February 04, 2010 /Martial Arts PR News/ -- Adults who are interested in the UFC can take advantage of this free MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) seminar, Saturday, Feb. 13 at 2:30 p.m. at Laurita Martial Arts Academy in the Basha's Shopping Center, 5115 N. Dysart Road in Litchfield Park.
The seminar is free, but preregistration is required. This seminar is for adults only, but Laurita Martial Arts hosts other events for children.
Topics that will be covered in the free seminar for adults include:
• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu,
• Muay Thai Kickboxing
• Takedowns.
Laurita Martial Arts Academy offers Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Haidong Gumdo (Sword) classes for children, adults, as well as specialty martial arts-themed birthday parties.
