Martial Arts Master Is A Strong Addition To Stanford Who's Who
Joe Cariati has been accepted among the ranks of leading professionals with Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable work in the Sports and Recreation Industry.
WOODBRIDGE, ON, CANADA, July 4, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Joe Cariati has been accepted among the ranks of leading professionals with Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable work in the Sports and Recreation Industry. As Owner and Head Instructor of Woodbridge Taekwon-Do Inc., as well as throughout his incredible 28 years in the business, Joe has routinely displayed the passion, vision and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Woodbridge Taekwon-Do was founded in 1982 by Master Cariati with just a handful of students. It was the first school in the City of Vaughan to teach martial arts. Since then, due to his passion and dedication to martial arts, the school has grown to the largest club in Vaughan, and now offers a variety of classes for all ages and interests. In addition to teaching Taekwon-Do to students of all age groups, the school also educates students in Kickboxing, Cardio Kickboxing and Hapkido.
Master Cariati is an 8th degree black belt who has been training since 1972. He traveled the world with the late General Choi, the founder of taekwon-do to gain greater insight, knowledge and understanding of this martial art. Over the years, Joe has produced exceptional students who have had the honor of competing and earning medals in many national and international events, including World and Junior World Championships. Not only does he continue to inspire students in his own club, but he travels around the world teaching others the fine art of Taekwon-Do.
Joe is extremely proud of the accomplishments he has achieved in the martial arts. His drive to promote the art of Taekwon-Do has led him to become a leader in Canada as Head Instructor and President of one of Canada's most successful Taekwon-Do schools. Master Cariati is also currently president of the ICTF.
