With 25 years of professional experience, Ms. Gillis attributes her success to her love for God. As an investigator, she is responsible for counseling children in correctional facilities, and writing court reports. She also works with the First Missionary Baptist Church, where she sings gospel music. In 1978, she received her Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University. A member of KoSho Karate, Ms. Gillis her First Degree Black Belt in Kobudo and in Karate, and her Third Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.
